This policy explains how Well Bueno Limited (Company No. 17264203, registered in England & Wales), trading as Well Projects and Krato Global ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you contact us, including through our WhatsApp service.

1. What we collect

When you request a quote we may collect: your name, phone number / WhatsApp ID, the property postcode, the type of work, your preferred timing and budget range, photos you choose to send, and your messages to us.

2. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a free, no-obligation quote (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
With your consent, to share your contact details and project information with a vetted building partner who will quote for and carry out the work.
To keep records of enquiries and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the building partner selected for your project (after you consent), and with service providers that help us run our business (for example Meta/WhatsApp, Make.com, Notion), under appropriate data-processing terms. We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. If work goes ahead, records are kept for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
